2. Appointments and Cancellations

– Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A 60% deposit of the total fee is required to secure your appointment. Please arrive with a clean face.

– Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a later available date and time.

– Late Arrivals: A late fee of $10 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay. If you have booked “Eyelash Application Only,” please ensure that the lashes you bring are new and unused. Sanitary reasons prevent us from applying used lashes.

– Classes: Payments for classes are non-refundable but can be transferred to a later available date and time. Please notify us in advance if you will be late or need to reschedule. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after this, you will need to reschedule for a later date. Full payment is required to book.

3. Bridal Contract
For weddings, a bridal trial run is mandatory to ensure the perfect look for your big day. Please book your trial run at least two weeks before your wedding day.

4. Payments
– Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
– Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
– Refunds: Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

5. Conduct and Etiquette
– Respect: Please treat our staff and other clients with respect.
– Health and Safety: Inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before your service.
– Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
